Embassy Suites San Antonio Brooks City Base Hotel & Spa

I liked the cleanliness of the facility. The rooms were huge and the best was mostly comfortable. The breakfast buffet at Embassy Suites is usually the best of any hotels I stay.

Staff was friendly and we didn’t need to call reception to remind them to have housekeeping clean our rooms daily. They did the cleaning on their own.

my son is mobility challenged, their pool had a ramp AND a lift,the bathrooms offered grab bars,all the hallways and aisles offered room to get him from point a to b. the staff were LOVELY towards him,the food was delicious no matter what we ordered and any accomodation we needed,we were provided.

The breakfast buffet was amazing! I have NEVER been to a hotel with such an amazing buffet. It was well stocked well ran the food was very fresh and the variety was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel

Loved how cleaned the rooms were, and also how specious they were. Love how they have plenty of parking. Let’s not talk about the complementary drinks it’s amazing who can say no to a free drink? Everything is just perfect at this hotel
