I liked the cleanliness of the facility. The rooms were huge and the best was mostly comfortable. The breakfast buffet at Embassy Suites is usually the best of any hotels I stay.

The room was really really nice, loved the layout. IT WAS BEAUTIFUL INSIDE. They staff was so friendly and made you feel important. Also loves I could walk to some restaurants and coffee shops. My room even had a desk area which came in handy.

my son is mobility challenged, their pool had a ramp AND a lift,the bathrooms offered grab bars,all the hallways and aisles offered room to get him from point a to b. the staff were LOVELY towards him,the food was delicious no matter what we ordered and any accomodation we needed,we were provided.

The breakfast buffet was amazing! I have NEVER been to a hotel with such an amazing buffet. It was well stocked well ran the food was very fresh and the variety was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel

Very clean. Close to everything. Great hours for breakfast and phenomenal onsite restaurant. Came down for a bodybuilding show and made it a family trip. Great gym with enough to get a little pump and cardio session in. When I come back to San Antonio I’ll definitely stay here again!

The location was 7 minutes from my jobsite, the room was clean, inviting and comfortable. The morning was especially great since I didn't have to stop anywhere for a bite to eat. The coffee was fresh, the orange juice was tangy and the breakfast selection was perfect.

Lovely place to stay. Very clean, mostly quiet. We had a child in the room above us and he was having fun running back and forth, but once he went to sleep, super quiet. Fantastic breakfast. Came for an event and it was nice to not even have to walk outside to get into your event center. Overall 10 out of 10.

There was a small issue with booking but Jasmine fixed it within a blink of an eye. She very kind, patient, helpful, and professional we need more people like her in the world! She truly went above and beyond and made mine my fiancés a night we will never forget. The restaurant was gorgeous and the food was pricey but was phenomenal and worth every penny. The whole kitchen staff from Sonya to the sous chef to the chef all were friendly with smiling faces as if they enjoy what they do and made sure we were relaxed and comfortable and well feed. The breakfast options were spectacular. We are counting the days we are able to get away and book again.
